Privacy statement

Last updated: 9 October 2026

Hostproud is a service by Nebra Studio. This statement explains which personal data we process when you visit this website or request a free preview, why we do so and what rights you have.

Who is responsible

Nebra Studio, the maker of Hostproud, is responsible for processing your data. You can reach us at info@hostproud.com. [ADRES EN KVK-NUMMER NEBRA STUDIO]

What data we process

When you request a free preview, we process:

  • your name;
  • your email address;
  • the link to your Airbnb listing;
  • the language in which you filled in the form.

We ask for nothing more. We do not collect data from Airbnb automatically. For the preview we only use what is publicly visible on your listing, and only to make that preview for you.

Why we do this

We use your data to make a preview of your own page, send it to you and answer your questions about it. The legal basis is your request: you ask us to do something before any agreement is made.

We do not send you a newsletter and do not share your data with others for their own purposes.

Who else sees your data

The website and the request form run with our hosting provider, which only processes the data on our behalf. Nobody else sees your data.

How long we keep it

If you don’t become a customer, we delete your request no later than twelve months after our last contact. If you do become a customer, we keep your data for as long as your page is online, and after that for as long as the law requires, for example for our accounts.

Cookies and statistics

This website does not set tracking cookies and does not use advertising or analytics services that follow you. If we later count visitors, we will do so without cookies and without recognising you.

Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your data, and you can object to its use. Send an email to info@hostproud.com; we will reply within one month.

If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

If we change this statement, you will see it in the date at the top.
