Terms and conditions

Last updated: 9 October 2026

These terms apply to every agreement with Hostproud, a service of Nebra Studio (Muldershofweg 9, Plasmolen, Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 42093094). We keep them short and in plain language. If you have a question, email info@hostproud.com.

1. The free preview

If you send us the link to your listing, we’ll make a preview of your own page within 3 working days. That preview is free and without obligation. You’re not committed to anything until you give your approval.

2. When the agreement starts

The agreement starts as soon as you approve a package and its price by email. We confirm this by email. That confirmation states which package you chose, what it costs and which domain your page will get.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are listed on the website and exclude VAT.
  • You pay by invoice. We invoice the one-off fee when your page goes live.
  • We invoice the monthly fee monthly in advance, starting from the month in which your page goes live.
  • You pay within 14 days of the invoice date.
  • If you don’t pay on time, we’ll send a reminder. If payment still hasn’t been made 30 days after that reminder, we may take your page offline until the amount has been received.
  • Prices may change. We’ll announce a new monthly fee at least 2 months in advance. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before it takes effect.

4. Term and cancellation

  • There is no fixed term. You can cancel any month by emailing info@hostproud.com.
  • The cancellation takes effect at the end of the month in which you cancel. Months already paid and the one-off fee are not refunded.
  • If you’re a consumer (you don’t rent out as a business), you have a 14-day cooling-off period after the agreement starts. If you ask us to start on your page within those 14 days, then if you withdraw you only pay for what we’ve already done.

5. Your domain

  • We register the domain of your page (for example yourhome.com) for you. One regular domain is included in the monthly fee. A more expensive (premium) domain costs extra, and we agree on that in advance.
  • If you cancel, you can take the domain with you free of charge on request: we send you the transfer code, or we put it in your name. After that, you pay for the domain yourself with a provider of your choice.

6. What you provide

  • You provide photos, texts and other information, or you let us take them from your public listing.
  • You make sure you’re allowed to use them. If photos belong to someone else, such as a photographer, you have their permission.
  • What you provide remains yours. You give us permission to use it for your page for as long as the agreement runs.

7. Your logo and brand mark

If a logo is part of your package, we create a brand mark and logo for your property. Once the one-off fee has been paid, it’s yours. You receive the files and may also use them outside Hostproud, including after cancelling.

8. Changes

Small changes are included in the monthly fee, for example a new photo, an edited text or a tip in your guide. Email them to us and we’ll usually make them within 3 working days. Larger changes, such as a new section or an extra language, we agree with you in advance, including the price.

9. What remains ours

The design, the code and the structure of the pages remain the property of Nebra Studio. As long as the agreement runs, your page may use them.

10. Being found

We set up your page so that Google and AI assistants can find and describe you well. Whether and how high you appear in search results, and whether an assistant mentions your home, is up to them. Nobody can guarantee that.

11. Availability

We make sure your page is as available as possible. Sometimes it’s briefly offline, for example due to maintenance or an outage at the hosting provider. We fix that as quickly as possible.

12. Airbnb and other platforms

Hostproud is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Airbnb or any other platform. Booking and payment take place on the platform itself, under its terms. We are not responsible for what happens there.

13. Liability

If something goes wrong through our fault, we are liable up to a maximum of the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as missed bookings. This does not apply if we caused the damage intentionally or through gross negligence. If you’re a consumer, you always keep your statutory rights.

We only show your page in our gallery or as an example if you give us permission. You can withdraw that permission at any time.

15. Privacy

You can read how we handle personal data in our privacy statement.

16. Law and language

These terms are governed by Dutch law. These terms exist in several languages. If the versions differ, the Dutch text prevails.
